MEDICAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY

Since February 2004, Arbeitsvermittlung Westfalen-Lippe has been active in the recruitment of labour and management personnel for industry and has gained an excellent reputation in East Westphalia. Based on our experience in industry, we have also established partnerships for the placement of medical personnel (doctors and nurses) in recent years.

After the Philippines, Kyrgyzstan and India, we are now deliberately focussing on a new country in Vietnam. Vietnam offers the best conditions for partnerships with German clinics due to its population size, culture and good training standards in the healthcare sector.

Thanks to our experience in the international mobility of skilled workers, we are familiar with all aspects of successful integration - professional, cultural, linguistic and social - in Germany and know how to solve these problems.

In order to give both the German institutions and the Vietnamese applicants the best possible start, we have recruited Dr Huong Nghiem, a Vietnamese woman with more than 15 years of international experience in personnel selection and development, for this project.
