Since February 2004, Arbeitsvermittlung Westfalen-Lippe has been active in the recruitment of labour and management staff for industry and has gained an excellent reputation in East Westphalia. Based on our experience in industry, we have also established partnerships for the placement of medical staff (doctors and nurses) in recent years.

After the Philippines, Kyrgyzstan and India, we are now deliberately and precisely setting a new country focus on Vietnam. Due to its population size, culture and good training standards in the health sector, Vietnam offers the best conditions for partnerships with German clinics.

Through our experience in international mobility of professionals, we are familiar with all aspects of successful integration - professional, cultural linguistic and social - in Germany and know how to solve these problems.

In order to give both the German institutions and the Vietnamese applicants the best possible start, we have recruited Dr Huong Nghiem for this project, a Vietnamese woman who has more than 15 years of international experience in personnel selection and development.
